SHEESH Terms of Service & Anti-Bullying Rules

Effective Date: October 28, 2026 • Operated by: FPM Media / FPM Labs

1. Willing Participation & Ownership of Likeness

By joining a campus showcase on SHEESH in Beauty (Muse or Escort), Brainy, or Talented, you represent and warrant that:

• The photograph or talent clip you upload is your own genuine likeness and performance, verified through our live front-camera screening check.
• You willingly consent to display your first name/nickname, grade/section, school abbreviation, portrait, or talent performance in campus voting rounds and shareable OpenGraph cards.

2. Zero Tolerance for Impersonation, Harassment, or Inappropriate Content

Under our End-User License Agreement (EULA) and Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 (User-Generated Content), we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

• Attempting to upload another student's or person's photograph or video without their identity verification.
• Uploading explicit, suggestive, violent, or non-school-appropriate imagery or video clips.
• Manipulating votes through automated scripts or emulators.

3. 6-Layer Anti-Bullying & Positive-Only Campus Mechanics

SHEESH is designed to celebrate God-given campus confidence, beauty, brains, and talent with gratitude and humility. There are no public downvote counters, no loser rankings, and no open comment threads on student photos or videos. Users can report or hide any card at any time using the built-in Report / Hide controls, and our moderation team resolves all reports within 24 hours.

4. The Eternal Throne & Monthly Reign Titles

The contender with the highest verified votes in each school and division holds the #1 spot until another verified contender surpasses their vote total. At the end of each calendar month, the reigning #1 contender is awarded the official Muse of the Month, Escort of the Month, Brainy Champion, or Talent Champion badge.
